Sheet - Overview
Sheet parses your sequence and produces structured reports you can export as XLSX, CSV, or PDF. It handles Premiere XMEML, DaVinci Resolve XML, Final Cut Pro XML, CMX 3600 / Avid EDLs, and OpenTimelineIO, including multi-sequence XMLs with hundreds of timelines, multi-track EDL sets exported as V1-V9- or V1-V11-style files, and multi-timeline OTIO collections.
Report types
Section titled “Report types”Sheet generates 15 reports. Each can be exported on its own, or many at once in a batch.

The on-screen clip table is the All Reels view by default; the other reports are reachable via section rows in the sidebar. Use All Open Files at the top of the Sheet sidebar to browse every loaded sequence together. In multi-sequence scopes, Sheet groups clips by sequence by default so each timeline stays readable while you search, sort, copy, or export the current view.
Columns in All Reels

| Source file path | Resolved disk path, where the format carries it. |

There are 33 columns in total - the headers above are a sample. Use Custom Export if you want unused columns dropped from the file or a saved column layout applied.
Single sequence vs. many sequences
Section titled “Single sequence vs. many sequences”For a single sequence, the Export button saves that sequence. For a project file with several sequences or for multiple open files, use All Open Files or any file row in the sidebar to browse the clips together. The table groups rows by logical sequence, including multi-track EDL groups as one sequence band. Custom Export lets you choose which sequences, sections, formats, columns, and packaging you want for delivery.
Format notes
Section titled “Format notes”- Final Cut Pro reports fill in the Scene, Shot/Take, and Camera Angle each clip was logged with, when those fields are present in the project. Camera Angle only appears as a column when at least one clip carries it.
- EDL effects, named transitions, and graphics come from Avid’s comment metadata, which File_129 exports carry in full - so export File_129 when you want those reports (see Multi-track EDLs). EDL still doesn’t carry full disk paths or clip markers. File_16 and File_32 comment fields can still provide useful source file, reel, frame rate, and audio routing metadata.
- OTIO supports single timelines and multi-timeline collections. Nested or compound sections that can’t be read are flagged as warnings while the rest of the timeline imports normally.
