Exporting Reports

Click Export in the toolbar to save your report. Use the dropdown arrow next to the button to choose the format.

Exports a formatted Excel workbook. Multi-sequence files produce one sheet per timeline. Column headers are frozen and the first row is styled for readability. No Excel installation required — SequenceSuite writes pure OpenXML.

Exports a flat UTF-8 CSV. If your file contains multiple sequences, you’ll be prompted to export each as a separate file or merge all into one (with a Sequence Name column added).

Exports an A4 landscape PDF report — one page per ~24 clips, with a summary header and a formatted clip table. Useful for printing shot lists or sharing with people who don’t have Excel.

The All Reports option exports XLSX, CSV, and PDF in a single step, saving all three to the same folder.

Batch export (multi-sequence & scoped selection)

Section titled “Batch export (multi-sequence & scoped selection)”

When you have a file-group or all open files selected in the sidebar, the Export menu gains two additional options:

  • Export each sequence as its own file — opens a folder picker and writes one file per sequence named <sequenceName>.<ext>.
  • Export combined — one file containing all scoped sequences (XLSX: one sheet per sequence; CSV: concatenated with a Sequence Name column; PDF: paginated per sequence).
