Installation & Licensing
Installing
Section titled “Installing”- Open the Mac App Store and search for SequenceSuite, or follow the link from editkit.tools.
- Click Get and authenticate with your Apple ID.
- SequenceSuite will appear in your Applications folder once the download completes.
A SequenceSuite subscription includes all updates while it’s active. Plans are £12/month or £99/year, with a free trial and no card needed to start. You can cancel anytime.
- Purchase from editkit.tools via Lemon Squeezy. You’ll receive a download link and a licence key by email.
- Open the
.dmg, drag SequenceSuite to Applications, and launch it. - On first launch, go to SequenceSuite → Enter Licence Key and paste your key.
Direct downloads update themselves automatically - SequenceSuite checks quietly in the background and only shows a window when an update is ready to install. See Settings to turn automatic checks off or check on demand.
Activating a licence (Direct only)
Section titled “Activating a licence (Direct only)”Licence keys are tied to your purchase email. Each key supports up to two machines. To move your licence to a new Mac, deactivate it first via SequenceSuite → Manage Licence.
If you need to reset your activation count, contact support@editkit.tools.
Managing your subscription
Section titled “Managing your subscription”How you update payment details or cancel depends on where you bought SequenceSuite.
- Direct download: Open SequenceSuite → Manage Subscription. This takes you to your billing page, where you can update your card, check your next renewal date, or cancel. If you are not already signed in, you’ll confirm your email with a one-time link first, then everything is self-serve.
- Mac App Store: Manage or cancel from System Settings → [your name] → Media & Purchases → Subscriptions. Apple handles billing for App Store purchases, so subscription changes happen there rather than in the app.
You can cancel anytime. Your access stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
