Keyboard Shortcuts

For a quick reference inside the app, choose Help → Keyboard Shortcuts or press ⌘? - a cheat sheet opens over the window with everything on this page.

⌘E runs the export menu’s primary action - in Sheet that’s “Export XLSX” (or “Export N XLSX” when a batch is selected); in Gather it opens the pre-flight before a Gather run; in Dupe it’s “Export PDF”.

The toolbar’s ? button opens the help page for the mode you’re in; ⌘/ opens the help site’s front page.

Reopen something you were working on recently via File → Open Recent.

Tables

The report tables work like any macOS list - you can drive them entirely from the keyboard:

Extend the selection (Sheet, Gather)	⇧↑ / ⇧↓
Select all rows (Sheet, Gather)	⌘A

With the mouse, ⇧-click selects a range and ⌘-click adds or removes individual rows. Select two or more clips in Sheet and the bar above the table shows a running duration total for just that selection, added up at the sequence’s frame rate.

Copy commands live in the right-click menu and act on your whole selection - see Right-Click Menus.

Sorting
