R3D Siblings from Dupes

The Find R3D Siblings… button in the Dupes toolbar lets you run a RED sibling scan without switching to Gather mode. This is useful when you’re already working in Dupes and want to complete any RED clips that are missing their sibling R3D files in your conform folder.

Running the scan

Click Find R3D Siblings… in the Dupes toolbar (or click the R3D Siblings… row in the Dupes sidebar). A sheet appears asking you to:

1. Choose the destination folder — the conform folder containing your .R3D files.
2. Choose the source — the original RED camera card or card backup.

Click Scan. SequenceSuite compares the sidecar files present in the destination against those on the source card and lists anything missing.

Copying missing siblings

Review the results in the Sibling Results sheet. Click Copy Missing to copy the listed files from the source card to the destination. A progress indicator shows the copy status.
